| 摘 要： | 目的：优选陈皮挥发油的提取工艺。方法：以水蒸馏法提取陈皮挥发油，应用L9（3^4）正交试验设计选取最佳提取工艺条件。结果；最佳提取条件为加水量8倍、浸泡时间1h、蒸馏时间5h。结论：优选得到的工艺稳定、可行。

| Abstract: | Objective:To optimize the extraction process of pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil.Methods:To obtain the pericarpium citri reticulatae volatile oil by the method of water distilling.The optimum extraction condition was investigated by the orthogonal design L9(34).Results:The optimal process was as follows:adding 8 folds of water,extracting for 5h after 1 h of soaking.Conclusion:The optimized process is stable and highly efficient. |
