血液透析病人不同时期的心理反应及心理护理干预

目的探讨心理护理干预措施对慢性肾功能衰竭血透治疗病人不同时期的心理反应及心理健康的影响。方法将183例血透治疗病人随机分为观察组和对照组，采用Zung抑郁量表和汉密尔顿（HAMA）焦虑量表，以问卷方式对病人进行资料收集。了解其阴郁和焦虑状况，有针对性的对观察组进行护理干预。三月后进行重复测量。结果干预后观察组Zung抑郁量表和汉密尔顿（HAMA）焦虑量表评分总分值下降。对照组无明显变化。结论健康教育是病人保持健康心理和积极乐观情绪，适应新的角色与其相适应的生活方式的重要环节。

Psychological reactiion and nursing of chronic hemodialssis patients in various periods

Objective To investigate the psychological reaction of chronic hemodialysis patients in various periods and observe the effect of psychological nursing on mentality of the patients . Methods 83 chronic hemodialysis patients were enrolled and randomly divided into observation and control groups. The Zung Depression Chart and Hamilton Anxiety Chart questionnaire were employed to estimate the depression and anxiety status. It was repeated after three months of psychological nursing. Results Different levels of depression and anxiety were observed among before and different periods of hemodialysis. The scores of Zung Depression Chart and Hamilton Anxiety Chart for observation group decrease after nursing interference of three months with no remarkable change for the control group. Conclusions Psychological health education 15 essential for chronic hemodialysis patients keeping healthy psychological state and optimistic emotional state and adapting to new role in life and new life style due to hemodialysis.
