| 摘 要： | 目的探讨一种新挤切碎核技术在硬核性白内障超声乳化术中的应用.方法对Ⅳ级核、V级核老年性白内障298眼采用挤切碎核技术进行白内障超声乳化手术.结果术后第3,10天和1月视力≥0.5,分别为108眼(61.8%)、166眼(94.8%)、170眼(97.1%).超声乳化平均有效时间(32±8)s.手术并发症主要是角膜水肿.结论采用新型碎核刀的挤切碎核技术,高负压、低能量超声乳化对于硬核性白内障安全、快捷.
