| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝硬化合并胆道结石患者的外科手术治疗。方法收集、分析我院2002年12月至2009年12月收治的65例肝硬化合并胆道结石患者的临床资料。结果 62例患者治愈,死亡3例,术后出现食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血3例。结论肝硬化合并胆道结石患者手术耐受性较差,手术方式应该简单有效,手术中严密止血。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate patients with liver cirrhosis with biliary stone surgery. Methods To collection and analysis in our hospital from December 2002 to December 2009 65 patients were treated with biliary cirrhosis clinical data of patients with stones. Results 62 patients were cured,3 died,postoperative esophageal variceal bleeding in 3 cases. Conclusion Patients with liver cirrhosis with biliary stones less tolerance,should be simple and effective surgical procedure,surgical hemostasis. |
