摘    要:目的:探讨透视触发造影剂团追踪(FTB)技术在对比增强磁共振血管成像(CE-MRA)扫描中的应用优势。方法:选择需要进行CE-MRA的25例患,于扫描前采用FTB技术,监测出主动脉及心脏内造影剂浓度从无到有的变化过程图后,再接着进行三维MRA扫描.结果:25例患均在最佳血管充盈时间进行了三维CE-MRA扫描,所有血管清晰显影图像效果好,其中8例正常,17例患有血管性疾病.结论:FTB技术能够提供造影剂团从注射部位到达兴趣血管的准确时间,使CE-MRA的扫描不受患条件、操作的经验和造影剂剂量等因素的影响,即可获得最佳CE-MRA图像,大大地改善了MRA影像的质量,提高了诊断能力。

Application of fluoroscopic triggered bolustrak in CE-MRA scanning
Abstract:AIM: To investigate the application value of fluoroscopic triggered bolustrak(FTB) in contrast enhanced MRA (CE MRA) scanning. METHODS: FTB technique was employed in 25 patients before CE MRA scanning. The changes of contrast media flowing in aorta and cardiac chamber were detected and monitored by FTB and then 3D MRA scanning was performed. RESULTS: 3D CE MRA scanning was performed at the optimal enhancement time in all of the 25. Vessels were clearly showed and the high quality images were obtained. In the 25 patients, 8 cases were normal and 17 cases had vascular diseases. CONCLUSION: FTB technique makes it possible to obtain optimal CE MRA images and greatly improves the quality of images as well as the accuracy of diagnosis.
