中心静脉导管微创胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸

目的：观察中心静脉导管微创胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸的疗效。方法：采用中心静脉导管经皮穿刺置入胸腔后接水封瓶引流，观察25例自发性气胸患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况．结果：23例经引流均一次成功，肺复张时间为48～96h，平均62h，2例无效，有效率达92％（23／25）。结论：中心静脉导管微创胸腔闭式引流治疗自发性气胸是一种简单、易掌握、安全有效的方法，具有创伤小、并发症少、患者耐受性好等优点，值得临床推广.

Spontaneous Pneumothorax Patients Were Treated in Minimally Invasive Closed Thoracic Drainage by the Central Venous Catheters

Objective：To observe the curative effect that the spontaneous pneumothorax patients were treated in minimally invasive closed thoracic drainage by the central venous catheters. Method： By pereutaneous puncture, central venous catheter were placed into chest, and the water-sealed bottle was contact for chest drainage, then the therapeutic effect and complications of 25 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were observed. Result： 23 cases were cured by one time drainage, the reexpansion time of lung was 48 -96 hours, an average of 62 hours, two cases were ineffective, effective rate was 92%. Conclusion： By the central venous catheters, minimally invasive closed thoracic drainage treating spontaneous pneumothorax is a method that is simple, easy to control, safe and effective, less trauma and complications but better tolerance , and it is worthy to be popularized.
