328例重型颅脑损伤复合伤临床分析

目的探讨重型颅脑损伤复合伤患者的临床救治经验。方法回顾性分析328例重型颅脑损伤患者的致伤原因、临床特征、诊断方法、抢救措施及预后状况。结果328例患者中恢复良好187例(57.01%),中残23例(7.01%),重残10例(3.05%),植物生存状态5例(1.52%),死亡103例(31.40%)。结论在处理重型颅脑外伤时,应仔细检查全身的每一个部位,决定手术时,应优先处理致命伤的原则,注意多科配合抢救,防治并发症。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 328 CASES OF SEVERE CRANIOCEREBRAL INJURY AND COMBINED INJURY

Objective To investigate the clinical treatment experience in patients with severe craniocerebral injure and its complicated injure. Methods The cause of injury,clinical characteristics,diagnosis methods,rescue measure and prognosis in 328 patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results In the 328 patients,187 patients (57.01%) were goob-recovery,23 patients(7.01%) were moderate-deficit, 10 patients (3.05%)were severe-deficit, 5 patients (1.52%) were persistent vegetative status,and 103 patients (31.40%)died. Conclusion when we deal with the serious head injure,we should examine every part of the dody. After,when we determined how to do the surgical operation,we should deal with the causing death injure at first. At third,let several related departments rescue the patients together. At last,the prevention and cure the complication must be done.
