| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺性尿道炎经尿道电切治疗的效果。方法对15例病理确诊为腺性尿道炎患者采用经尿道电切术,术后应用盐酸表柔比星50mg/次膀胱内灌注。结果2例术后出现尿道狭窄,经定期扩张后治愈。2例分别于术后7、13个月原位复发,再次行经尿道电切术,术后更换灌注药物,随访至今无复发病例。结论对于腺性尿道炎病人,经尿道电切术疗效确切,配合有效化疗药物灌注,疗效满意,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study transurethral electroresection for urethritis glandularis. Methods 15 cases of urethritis glandularis were treated with transurethral electroresection, followed by intrabladder infusion of epirubicin hydrochloride. Results Stricture happened in 2 cases which were cured by dilation of urethra. Relapses happened in 2 cases which undergwent another operation and cured. Conclusions Transurethral electroresection for urethritis glandularis combined with intrabladder infusion chemotherapy is effective. |
