摘    要:目的:探讨用关键业绩指标理论在临床营养科绩效评估中的实践应用及效果分析。方法:按照关键业绩指标理论原理从充分考虑社会效益和经济效益以及学科建设的角度建立一套临床营养科绩效评估管理体系并在实践应用中评价其效果。结果:提升了科室工作人员的主观能动性和创造性;团队合作精神加强,提高了工作效率;促进了学习型学科的建设。结论:关键业绩指标理论在临床营养科绩效评估中的实践应用具有必要性和可行性,可使营养科管理更加科学化和规范化;对建立新型可持续性营养学科发展模式具有重要的意义。

Abstract:Objectives:to explore the effective and experience of key performance indictor theory in hospital nutrition department.Methods:An indictor system was built to evaluate the effectives in nutrition department management.The core factors of building the indictor system were social benefit,economic benefit and discipline construction.Results:Staff's innovation was improved,team was promoted,efficiency was improved and learning type discipline was built.Conclusions:Application of key performance indictor theory in hospital nutrition department was necessity and feasible.It could promote nutrition department management more normal and scientific and had important means of building sustainable nutrition discipline.
