营养干预在高血压病治疗中的作用

摘    要:高血压病是世界上最常见的心血管病之一,2002年中国18岁及以上成年人高血压患病率为18.8%,估计全国患病人数高达1.8亿,目前高血压病已成为严重危害中国居民健康的重大公共卫生问题。本文从4个方面综述了营养干预在高血压病治疗方面的研究进展:(1)高血压病患者的膳食状况;(2)膳食指南对预防和控制人群高血压病的作用;(3)调整高血压的膳食疗法;(4)低钠膳食控制高血压的作用。

Abstract:Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in the world.According to National data from 2002 Nutrition and Health Survey in China,the prevalence of hypertensions in adult was about 18.8% or it involved in about 180 million Chinese.Now hypertension has already become a major public health problem that could have severely impacted on population health status.This paper reviews the role of nutritional intervention in treating hypertension.
