拉玛泽减痛分娩法联合无创接生方案对产妇分娩疼痛及并发症的影响

目的 探讨拉玛泽减痛分娩法联合无创接生方案对产妇分娩疼痛及并发症的影响.方法 选取本院收治的66例自主选择自然分娩的产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,各33例.对照组予以常规分娩方案,观察组实施拉玛泽减痛分娩法联合无创接生方案,比较两组产后临床指标、疼痛评分及并发症发生情况.结果 与对照组相比,观察组产妇下床活动时间、住院时间短,疼痛评分低,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);对照组产妇会阴裂伤发生率为54.54％,明显高于观察组的30.30％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组产妇产后出血、会阴感染及尿潴留等并发症的发生率均显著高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05).结论 拉玛泽减痛分娩法联合无创接生方案应用于自然分娩中可减轻产妇疼痛及创伤,减少产后并发症的发生情况,能有效缩短住院时间,使产妇获得较好的分娩体验,值得临床广泛推广应用.

Influence of Ramaze's pain relief delivery combining noninvasive midwifery on puerperae's delivery pain and complications

Objective To explore the influence of Ramaze's pain relief delivery combining noninvasive midwifery on puerperae's delivery pain and complications.Methods select 66 puerperae taking natural delivery at our hospital were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,33 for each group.The control group routinely delivered and the observation group took Ramaze's pain relief delivery and noninvasive midwifery.The clinical indicators after delivery,pain score,and incidence of complications were compared between these two groups.Results The time for off-bed activity and hospital stay were shorter and the pain score was lower in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of maternal perineal laceration was 54.54％ in the control group and was 30.30％ in the observation group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidences of matemal postpartum hemorrhage,perineal infection,urinary retention,etc.were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Ramaze's pain relief delivery combining noninvasive midwifery can reduce puerperae's pain and trauma and complications,shorten hospital stay,and make puerperae have good delivery experience,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
