腹腔镜手术联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔粘连合并慢性盆腔痛的临床观察

目的 探究腹腔镜手术联合康妇消炎栓治疗盆腔粘连合并慢性盆腔痛的临床效果.方法 选择2015年4月至2016年5月本院收治的盆腔粘连合并慢性盆腔痛患者94例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组47例.观察组实施腹腔镜手术联合康妇消炎栓治疗,对照组仅给予腹腔镜手术治疗.治疗后,比较两组患者临床疗效、盆腔疼痛程度,记录两组患者不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后6个月,观察组NPRS评分低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);对照组治疗有效率为82.98％,明显低于观察组的95.74％,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组生理职能、健康状况、社会功能、精神健康、情感职能评分均高于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应.结论 对盆腔粘连合并慢性盆腔痛患者采用腹腔镜手术联合康妇消炎栓治疗,能有效改善患者疼痛症状,提高临床疗效与生活质量,安全性高,值得临床应用与推广.

Clinical observation on laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in the treatment of pelvic adhesion complicated by chronic pelvic pain

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository in the treatment of pelvic adhesion complicated by chronic pelvic pain.Methods 94 patients with pelvic adhesion complicated by chronic pelvic pain admitted into our hospital from April 2015 to May 2016 were divided into two groups by the random number table,47 cases in each group.Observation group received laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository,while control group only received laparoscopic surgery.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,pelvic pain degree of two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions of two groups were recorded.Results After 6 months' treatment,the NPRS score of observation group was lower than that of control group (P＜0.05);the curative effective rate of control group was 82.98％,which was significantly lower than 95.74％ of observation group (P＜0.05);the scores of role physical,health condition,social function,mental health,role emotional of observation group were higher than those of control group (P＜0.05);there were no obvious adverse reactions in two groups during treatment.Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery combined with Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppository for treating pelvic adhesion complicated by chronic pelvic pain can effectively improve patients' pain symptoms,increase clinical efficacy and living quality,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
