稳心汤对心力衰竭患者临床疗效和血浆NT-proBNP变化的影响研究

目的 探讨稳心汤对心力衰竭患者临床疗效和血浆NT-proBNP变化的影响观察.方法 选取本院2014年1月至2016年1月期间收治的80例心力衰竭患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表方法分为观察组和对照组,各40例.对照组患者使用常规的西药进行治疗;观察组患者在对照组的基础上加以使用稳心汤进行治疗,分别对两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的血浆NT-proBNP浓度和心功能进行客观比较.结果 经比较,观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);治疗前,两组患者的血浆NT-proBNP浓度差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),治疗后,两组患者的血浆NT-proBNP浓度明显低于治疗前,且观察组更低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);同时,观察组治疗后心功能明显更优于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 稳心汤治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效显著,同时可以改善患者的心功能和降低血浆NT-proBNP水平,因而值得临床推广应用.

The clinical efficacy of Wenxin decoction in patients with heart failure and its effect on plasma NT-proBNP

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Wenxin decoction in patients with heart failure and its effect on plasma NT-proBNP.Methods 80 patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital between January 2014 and January 2016 were selected as the object of this study,and were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Wenxin decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,plasma NT-proBNP concentration,and cardiac function before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the plasma NT-proBNP concentration between the two groups before treatment (P＞0.05);the plasma NT-proBNP concentration after treatment was lower than that before treatment in both two groups,which was much lower in the observation group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The cardiac function in the observation group after treatment was obviously better than that before treatment and that in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Wenxin decoction in treating heart failure is significant,which can improve the cardiac function and reduce the plasma NT-proBNP level,so it is worthy of clinical application.
