改良灌肠法在骨折卧床患者便秘护理中的应用观察

目的 探讨改良灌肠法在骨折卧床患者便秘护理中的应用效果.方法 将78例骨折卧床患者随机分为改良灌肠法护理组(观察组)39例和普通灌肠护理组(对照组)39例.在整体护理的基础上,对照组采用传统常规护理方法,观察组采用改良灌肠法护理,观察患者便秘的疗效与舒适度,并进行对比.结果 对照组显效28例、有效10例、无效l例,观察组显效36例、有效3例、无效0例,经秩和检验,P=0.0 18,差异有统计学意义,说明改良灌肠法疗效明显优于对照组.对照组非常舒适2例、舒适28例、不舒适9例,而观察组非常舒适20例、舒适17例、不舒适2例,经秩和检验,P=0.000,差异有统计学意义,说明改良灌肠法舒适度明显优于对照组.结论 便秘是骨折卧床患者常见的并发症,通过改良灌肠法护理,可以显著缓解骨折卧床患者的便秘,舒适度高,是一种预防和治疗骨折卧床患者便秘的有效护理方法,值得推广.

Application of modified enema method in constipation nursing care of bedridden patients

Objective To evaluate the effect of modified enema method in constipation nursing care of bedridden patients.Methods A total of 78 patients with bedridden diarrhea were randomly divided into a modified enema group (observation group) and a normal enema group (control group).On the basis of whole nursing care,the control group were traditionally and routinely cared and the observation group received modified enema and constipation nursing care.The effect and comfort of constipation were observed and compared.Results In the control group,28 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective;in the observation group,36 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,and 0 case was ineffective;with a statistical difference (P=0.018).In the control group,2 cases was very comfortable,28 cases comfortable,and 9 cases uncomfortable;while in the observation group,20 cases was very comfortable,17 cases comfortable,and 2 cases uncomfortable;with a statistical difference (P=0.000).These indicated that the modified enema method was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion Constipation is a common complication of bedridden patients.Modified enema in constipation nursing care is an effective nursing method for the prevention and treatment of constipation in fracture bedridden patients and is worth being generalized.
