图片对话对妊高征孕妇教育效果的影响

目的 探讨图片对话对妊娠高血压综合征(简称妊高征)孕妇教育效果的影响.方法 随机双盲法将符合纳入标准的82例妊高征孕妇分为两组,各41例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加以图片对话健康教育,两组干预前后疾病认知度、遵医行为、心理状态变化、分娩自我效能感及血压变化情况比较.结果 两组干预后疾病认知度评分[(922±6.1)比(87.6±6.7)]、遵医行为评分[(93.8±6.0)比(88.4±6.9)]、结果 预期评分[(905±10.6)比(70.6±7.7)]、效能预期评分[(94.3±8.6)比(78.2±8.3)]比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分、收缩压及舒张压较干预前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),且与对照组干预后比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 图片对话能明显提高妊高征孕妇疾病认知度及遵医行为,显著改善其焦虑抑郁症状,促进孕妇分娩自我效能感提升,进而有效控制血压水平.

Effect of picture dialogue on the educational effect in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension

Objective To explore the effect of picture dialogue on the educational effect in pregnant women with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH).Methods 82 pregnant women with PIH who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 2 groups by random and double blind method with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given picture dialogue health education on the basis of the control group.The cognition of disease,treatment compliance,change of psychological status,childbirth self-efficacy,and change of blood pressure in the 2 groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results There were statistically significant differences in disease cognition score [(92.2±6.1) vs.(87.6±6.7)],treatment compliance score [(93.8±6.0) vs.(88.4±6.9)],outcome expectancy score [(90.5±10.6) vs.(70.6±7.7)],efficacy expectancy score [(94.3±8.6) vs.(78.2±8.3)] between the 2 groups after the intervention (P＜0.05).SAS score,SDS score,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P＜0.05),there were statistically significant differences compared with those of the control group after intervention (P＜0.05).Conclusions Picture dialogue can significantly improve the cognition of disease and treatment compliance of pregnant women with PIH,significantly improve the anxiety and depression symptoms,promote the improvement of childbirth selfefficacy in pregnant women,and effectively control the blood pressure.
