基于敏感指标构建的护理干预应用于冠心病患者中的护理效能分析

目的 研究以敏感指标构建为基础的护理干预在冠心病患者中的应用护理效能.方法 选出2015年6月至2016年6月心内科收集治疗的78例介入治疗冠心病患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,干预组患者采用基于敏感指标构建的护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理,各39例.两组护理敏感指标构建评分、舒适度及护理质量比较.结果 护理敏感指标比较:干预组在病房环境(3.8分)、术前指导(4.8分)、术后健康指导(4.6分)、关注与沟通(4.1分)、护士行为规范(4.2分)等评分均值高于对照组(2.9分、3.2分、3.6分、3.2分、3.5分);舒适性评分:干预组CVRS评分(1.2分)、舒适度评分(3.3分)均值低于对照组(1.5分、4.6分);干预组护理质量总分值(97.3±1.6)分明显高于对照组(90.4±2.7)分,组间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 基于敏感指标构建的护理干预能够显著提高冠心病患者的舒适度,改善睡眠质量和精神卫生症状,且护理效能高,具有积极的临床意义.

Analysis of nursing effectiveness of nursing intervention based on sensitive indexes in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To study nursing effectiveness of nursing intervention based on sensitive indexes in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 78 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional treatment in Department of Cardiology from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into 2 groups,39 cases in each group.The intervention group received nursing intervention based on sensitive indexes,while the control group received routine nursing intervention.Compared nursing sensitive index construction score,comfort,and nursing quality of the two groups.Results The nursing sensitive index construction score in the terms of ward environment (3.8 points),preoperative guidance (4.8 points),postoperative health guidance (4.6 points),attention and communication (4.1 points),nurse behaviour (4.2 points) in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (2.9 points,3.2 points,3.6 points,3.2 points,3.5 poirts);CVRS score (1.2 points) and comfort score (3.3 points) in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group (1.5 points,4.6 points);the total score of nursing quality in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group [(97.3±1.6) points vs.(90.4±2.7) points],with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on sensitive indexes can significantly improve the comfort of patients with coronary heart disease,improve the quality of sleep and mental health symptoms,and has high nursing efficiency and positive clinical significance.
