高考体检发现肺结核患者的心理特点与护理干预

目的 了解高考体检发现肺结核患者的心理特点,探讨护理干预措施,从而提高患者服药依从性和治愈率.方法 根据高考生的心理特点,制定合理的护理方法,了解和满足患者的心理需求,有针对性地进行心理护理和健康教育,促进服药依从性和治愈率的提高.结果 264例患者中,经过心理评估和护理干预,全部自愿接受规范抗痨治疗,服药率100.0％,其中规律服药率95.5％,治愈率92.4％.结论 护理干预可有效改善患者负面情绪,消除恐惧心理,改善护患关系,提高治疗依从性和治愈率.

Psychological characteristics and nursing skills of tuberculosis patients from physical examination for college entrance

Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics and nursing skills of tuberculosis (TB) patients from physical examination for college entrance,so as to improve the patients' medication compliance and cure rate.Methods Developed a feasible nursing plan according to the psychology of high school student,understanding and meeting the patients' expectation,provided counselling service and psychological consultancy,so as to improve the patients' medication compliance and cure rate.Results All of the 264 patients voluntarily accepted standard anti-TB therapy after mental evaluation and nursing care,with the medication rate of 100.0％,routine medication rate of 95.5％,cure rate of 92.4％.Conclusion With efficient nursing skills,patients can be moderated to become more positive and outgoing,which makes progress in nurse-patient relationship and improves the patients' medication compliance and cure rate.
