血液超滤在急性失代偿性心力衰竭患者中的应用价值分析

目的 探究血液超滤在急性失代偿性心力衰竭(ADHF)患者中的应用价值.方法 选择2014年2月至2016年11月本院收治的ADHF患者56例,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组28例.对照组予以强心和利尿扩血管治疗.在此基础上观察组予以连续性血液超滤治疗.比较两组患者治疗后各项指标变化情况.结果 治疗后观察组24 h尿量、心率、B型利钠肽(BNP)、体重均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)水平低于对照组[(0.82±0.57) mg/L比(0.91±0.71) mg/L],差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组舒张压、收缩压比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞ 0.05).结论 血液超滤能有效改善ADHF患者各项指标,应用价值较高,值得临床推广.

Value of blood ultrafiltration in patients with acute decompensated heart failure

Objective To investigate the value of blood ultrafiltration in patients with acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF).Methods From February 2014 to November 2016,56 patients with ADHF treated in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the random number table,28 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cardiac,diuretic,and dilation,on this basis the observation group received continuous blood ultrafiltration treatment.The changes of the indexes in the two groups were compared.Results 24 h urine volume,heart rate,type B natriuretic peptide (BNP),and body weight in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).The level of high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group [(0.82±0.57) mg/L vs.(0.91±0.71)mg/L],while there was no statistically significant difference (P＞0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in diastolic and systolic blood pressure,the incidence of adverse effects between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion Blood ultrafiltration can effectively improve the indexes of ADHF patients,with higher application value,worthy of clinical promotion.
