围产期健康教育对提高产科质量和孕产妇生活质量的应用效果

目的 探讨健康教育(HE)在孕产妇围产期(Maternal perinatal period,MPP)保健中的应用效果.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年3月期间本科接受产前检查的孕产妇138名,并按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组69名给予常规围产期健康教育;观察组69名在对照组基础上给予全程个性化的围产期健康教育干预,并比较两组孕产妇护理干预后效果.结果 观察组第一产程、第二产程、总产程时间明显少于对照组(P＜0.05),而第三产程时间与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);观察组孕产妇自然分娩率而明显高于对照组(79.71％比59.42％,P＜ 0.05),观察组新生儿评分轻度窒息及重度窒息发生率均显著低于对照组(x2=7.273 1、6.900 0,P＜0.05),观察组BF、RF、EF、CF、SF、OHS评分均显著高于对照组(均P＜0.05).结论 围生期孕产妇实施健康教育方法,有效的提高自然分娩率,缩短产程,确保了母婴身体健康,提高孕产妇的生活质量.

Effect of perinatal health education in improving obstetric quality and maternal quality of life

Objective To explore the application effect of health education (HE) in health care during maternal perinatal period (MPP).Methods A total of 138 pregnant women who received antenatal examination in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were randomly divided into two groups according to the digital table method.69 cases in the control group were given routine perinatal health education;69 cases in the observation group were given whole course personalized perinatal health education intervention on the basis of the control group.Compared maternal nursing intervention effect of the two groups.Results The first stage of labor,the second stage of labor,the total stage of labor of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P＜0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in the third stage of labor between the two groups (P＞0.05).The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (79.71％ vs.59.42％,P＜0.05).The incidences of mild and severe neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (x 2-7.273 1,6.900 0;P＜0.05).The scores ofBF,RF,EF,CF,SF,OHS of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The perinatal maternal health education can effectively improve the rate of natural delivery,shorten the stages of labor,ensure the health of the mother and child,and improve the quality of life of the pregnant women.
