门诊护士对查对制度的认知情况调查

目的 了解临床护士对查对制度的认知情况,为促进临床核对制度的有效落实提供有效依据.方法 采取自行设计的《一般人口学资料调查表》及《护士对查对制度的认知现状调查问卷》对本院30名门诊护士进行自评调查,分析门诊护士对查对制度知识的认知情况.结果 门诊护士对查对制度的认知平均得分为(1.67±0.69)分;仅有6.67％的门诊护士对自身在护理安全中充当维护者、协调者和管理者的综合角色;年龄≥40岁、主管护师及以上、本科及以上的门诊护士查对制度知识得分相对较高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 门诊护士的查对制度相关知识较差,对自身在护理安全中的角色认知欠充分,护理管理者可根据护士的个体特点进行有针对性的查对制度的认知教育.

Outpatient nurses' cognition of check system

Objective To understand the clinical nurses' cognition of check system and to provide effective basis for enhancing the effective implementation of clinical check system.Methods Self-designed General Demographic Information Questionnaire and Nurses' Perception of Check System Status Questionnaire were used to survey 30 outpatient nurses from our hospital and the nurses' cognition of check system was analyzed.,questionnaire was conducted on 30 clinic nurses of a certain hospital with the convenience sample method.The cognition of the clinic nurses on the check system was analyzed.Results The nurses' average check system cognition score was (1.67±0.69).Only 6.67％ nurses knowed that they played an integrated role in nursing safety as maintainer,coordinator,and manager.The nurses over 40 and with a title of nurse-in-charge or higher title and whose education levels were or higher than undergraduate had higher scores (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Outpatient nurses have little knowledge about check system and has insufficient cognition of their roles in nursing safety.Nursing manager can carry out targeted check system cognition education according to the nurses' individual characteristics.
