同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术的围手术期针对性护理效果分析

目的 分析同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术的围手术期针对性护理效果.方法 按照入院顺序抽取本院自2015年1月至2017年1月收治的同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术治疗的胆管结石患者90例,分为观察组(n=45)和对照组(n=45).对照组进行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上进行针对性护理.对比两组的护理满意度以及并发症发生率.结果 观察组的护理满意度95.6％(43/45)远比对照组的71.1％(32/45)高,差异有统计学意义(x2=9.6800,P=0.001 8).观察组的并发症发生率4.4％(2/45)远低于对照组的17.8％(8/45),差异有统计学意义(x2=4.050 0,P=0.044 1).结论 同期肝叶切除手术联合胆道镜手术患者在围手术期进行针对性护理,有效提高了护理满意度,降低了并发症发生率,值得借鉴和推广.

Analysis of the effectiveness of perioperative targeted nursing for hepalobectomy combined with choledochoscope operation

Objective To analyze the effect ofperioperative targeted nursing for hepalobectomy combined with choledochoscope operation.Methods 90 patients with calculus of bile duct undergoing hepalobectomy combined with choledochoscope operation in our hospital between January 2015 and January 2017 were selected according to the time of admission,and were divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=45).The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given targeted care based on the control group.Compared nursing satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group (95.6％) was higher than that in the control group (71.1％),with statistically significant difference (x 2=9.680 0,P=0.001 8).The incidence of complications in the observation group (4.4％) was lower than that in the control group (17.8％),with statistically significant difference (x 2=4.050 0,P=0.044 1).Conclusion Perioperative targeted nursing for hepalobectomy combined with choledochoscope operation can effectively improve nursing satisfaction,reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of reference and promotion.
