3D打印金属假体置换治疗颈椎脊索瘤1例

目的 探讨颈椎肿瘤的治疗方法.方法 报告1例颈椎肿瘤病例并进行相关文献复习.结果 患者,女,58岁,因发现左颈部无痛包块2月入院,入院后完善颈椎MRI、CT增强、全身骨扫描等检查,行CT引导下穿刺,明确肿瘤性质,择期在全麻下行颈椎肿瘤切除、3D打印假体置换手术,术后恢复顺利.结论 3D打印金属假体置换为颈椎肿瘤的治疗提供了一种新的方法.

3D printing metal prosthesis replacement in treatment of one case of cervical chordoma

Objective To explore the treatment for cervical tumor.Methed A case of cervical tumor was reported and the literatures were reviewed.Results The female patient was 58 years old and was hospitalized because of having a painless goiter in her neck for two months.Cervical vertebra MRI,CT-enhancement,and aspiration biopsy guided by CT were carried out for her.After we knew the character of the tumor,we performed cervical tumorectomy and 3D printing prosthesis replacement under general anesthesia.The patient's postoperative recovery was good.Conclusion 3D printing prosthesis replacement provides a new method in the treatment of cervical tumor.
