毛织产业人员尘螨所致变应性鼻炎舌下免疫治疗的疗效分析

目的 评估粉尘螨滴剂舌下含服免疫治疗尘螨所致毛织产业人员变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis,AR)与非毛织产业人员AR的疗效差异.方法 收集东莞局部区域大朗镇经本院粉尘螨皮肤点刺试验结果阳性(++)以上且坚持治疗的尘螨所致AR患者300例,分为观察组和对照组.观察组150例为毛织产业人员,对照组150例为非毛织产业人员,两组均采用粉尘螨滴剂舌下免疫治疗.对每组按0.5年、1年、1.5年、2年治疗后进行症状评分、体征评分及VAS评分,分析两组临床疗效的数据差异.结果 两组患者在治疗0.5年后症状、体征、VAS评分均显著降低(均P＜0.05);治疗0.5～2年后观察组患者症状、体征和VAS评分明显高于对照组,治疗后观察组患者的总有效率为64.00％,明显低于对照组的总有效率(76.00％),两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 非毛织产业人员AR疗效优于毛织产业人员AR;毛织产业人员AR的疗效差异主要受环境因素的影响,管理部门须关注该特殊群体,为尘螨感染患变应性疾病的防治制定相应的决策.

Effect of sublingual immunotherapy on allergic rhinitis caused by dust mite in worker of wool industry

Objective To evaluate the effects of sublingual immunotherapy for allergic rhinitis (AR) caused by dust mite in worker in and not in wool industry.Methods 300 patients with AR caused by dust mite positive (++) in skin prick test and treated at our hospital were collected and were divided into an observation group and a control group,150 for each group.The 150 case of the observation group were wool industry workers and the control group were not.Both group took sublingual immunotherapy.0.5,the symptom score,physical score,VAS score,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were analyzed.Results The symptom score,physical score,and VAS score were lower 0.5 year after than before the treatment in both groups (P ＜ 0.05).1.0,1.5,and 2.0 years after the treatment,the symptom score,physical score,and VAS score were higher in the obserbation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).The total efficacy was 64.00％ in the observation group and 76.00％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The curative effect on the AR worker of non-woven industry is better than that on the AR worker of wool textile industry.The differences are mainly caused by environmental factors.＞anagement departments must pay attention to this special group and make corresponding policies for the prevention and control of dust mite infection in allergic diseases.
