艾地苯醌治疗癫痫合并轻度认知功能障碍的临床研究

目的 探讨艾地苯醌在治疗癫痫合并轻度认知功能障碍中的作用.方法 45例合并轻度认知功能障碍的癫痫患者随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=20).对照组仅口服丙戊酸钠缓释片;观察组联合应用丙戊酸钠缓释片以及艾地苯醌片.两组患者观察时间均为3个月,于用药前、用药后3个月末进行蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal CognitiveAssessment,MoCA)评分.结果 3个月后,观察组的MoCA评分及各亚项评分均明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05).两组药品不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 对合并轻度认知功能障碍的癫痫患者给予常规药物联合艾地苯醌治疗,疗效确切,对其认知功能的提升有积极意义,未增加药物不良反应发生率,安全可靠,值得临床推广.

Effect of idebenone in the treatment of epilepsy complicating by mild cognitive impairment

Objective To observe the effect of idebenone in the treatment of epilepsy complicating by mild cognitive impairment.Methods 45 patients with epilepsy and mild cognitive impairment were randomly divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=20).The control group was treated with oral sodium valproate sustained release tablets,the observation group was treated with oral sodium valproate sustained release tablets and idebenone tablets.The MoCA was performed to evaluate the cognitive function of all patients in both groups before and 3 months after treatment.Results The total score and the scores of each sub-item of MOCA scale of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group 3 months after treatment (P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with epilepsy and mild cognitive impairment,idebenone combined with routine antiepileptic drugs can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients,which is effective and safe,worthy of clinic application.
