布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血气指标及肺功能的影响

目的 观察布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者肺功能及血气指标的影响.方法 选取2014年9月至2016年9月本院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者80例,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例.所有患者均予以特布他林,观察组在此基础上加用布地奈德.观察患者治疗后肺功能、血气指标水平情况及安全性.结果 治疗后,观察组肺功能各指标及血气指标水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜ 0.05);两组治疗期间均未见明显不良反应发生.结论 在特布他林基础上给予急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者布地奈德治疗,患者肺功能及血气指标改善明显,有力缓解临床症状,临床疗效显著,且不会增加患者不良发应,安全可靠.

Influence of budesonide on blood gas indicators and lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease during acute exacerbation period

Objective To observe the influence of budesonide on the blood gas indicators and lung function of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) during acute exacerbation period.Methods 80 patients with COPD treated at our hospital from September,2014 to September,2016 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,40 for each group.All the patients were treated with terbutaline;in addition,the observation group were treated with budesonide.The patient's lung function and blood gas indicators after treatment and drug safety were observed.Results After treatment,the lung function and blood gas indicators were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusions Terbutaline and budesonide for patients with COPD during acute exacerbation period can markedly improve the patients' lung function and blood gas indicators and relieve their symptoms and does not cause more adverse reactions and is effective and safe.
