利用LipiFlow治疗睑板腺功能障碍患者的护理干预

目的 评价在利用LipiFlow治疗睑板腺功能障碍患者过程中护理干预的影响.方法 对50例诊断为睑板腺功能障碍患者在利用LipiFlow进行治疗过程中心理、生活、安全和用药等多方面的护理干预,观察疗效.结果 50例患者治疗后随访4-6周,显效10例(20％),有效32例(64％),无效8例(16％);实施护理干预后,可有效减轻睑板腺功能障碍患者的主观感觉和不适症状.结论 在利用LipiFlow治疗睑板腺功能障碍患者过程中积极进行护理干预,对睑板腺功能障碍患者的治疗和康复有重要的作用.

Nursing intervention for patients with meibomian gland dysfunction treated by LipiFlow

Objective To evaluate the effect of nursing intervention for LipiFlow in the treatment of patients with rneibomian gland dysfunction.Methods 50 patients diagnosed with meibomian gland dysfunction treated by LipiFlow received nursing intervention based on psychology,life,safety,medication,and many other aspects,Observed the clinical effect.Results 50 patients were followed up for 4 to 6 weeks,there were 10 (20％) cured cases,32 (64％) effective cases,and 8 (16％) invalid cases.The implementation of nursing intervention could effectively relieve subjective sensation and discomfort in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction.Conclusion Active nursing intervention plays an important role in the treatment and rehabilitation of patients with meibomian gland dysfunction treated by LipiFlow.
