乌榄果对动脉粥样硬化的干预作用

摘    要:目的 研究乌榄果对载脂蛋白E基因敲除(Apolipoprotein-E knockout,ApoE-/-)小鼠脂质代谢的调控作用及动脉粥样硬化的干预作用.方法 将雄性ApoE-/-小鼠随机分成空白组、模型组、阿伐他汀钙组、乌榄果组.空白组:基础饲料+生理盐水,模型组:高脂饲料+生理盐水,阿伐他汀钙组:高脂饲料+阿伐他汀钙,乌榄果组:高脂饲料+乌榄果水提取物.4周后,乙醚麻醉取血,颈椎脱臼处死取材.检测血清中总胆固醇(TC)、总三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C);对胸腹主动脉纵切面油红O染色,测量红色斑块面积占比.结果 乌榄果组的AI(TC/HDL)、TG/HDL及LDL/HDL均低于模型组(均P<0.05)和阿伐他汀钙组(均P<0.05),模型组高于阿伐他汀钙组(均P< 0.05),乌榄果组的动脉斑块比值小于模型组(P<0.01),模型组的动脉斑块比值大于阿伐他汀钙组(p<0.01).结论 乌榄果对动脉粥样硬化有一定的干预作用,其机制可能与其抗氧自南基及降脂的作用有关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of canarium pimela on lipid metabolism in apolipoprotein-E knockout (ApoE-/-) mice and the intervention of atherosclerosis.Methods The male ApoE-/-mice were randomly divided into four groups,including a control group (Basal diet +NS),a model group(high-fat diet+NS),a canarium pimela group (CP group) (high-fat diet + canarium pimela water extract),and an atorvastatin calcium group (high-fat diet + atorvastatin calcium),10 mice for each group.The serum levels of total cholesterol(TC),total triacylglycerol(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were detected.The thoracic abdominal aorta longitudinal section was stained by Oil red O.The proportion of red plaque area of the entire vascular plane area was measured.Results The AI (TC/HDL) 、TG/HDL,and LDL/HDL were much lower in the CP group than in the model group (all P < 0.05) and the atorvastatin calcium group (all P < 0.05) and were higher in the model group than in the atorvastatin calcium group (all P < 0.05).The ratio of arterial plaque was lower in the CP group than in the model group (P < 0.01) and was higher in the model group than in the atorvastatin calcium group.Conclusion Canarium pimela can intervene atherosclerosis in a certain degree.Its mechanism may be lowering anti-oxygen free radicals and lipid.
