TPOAb和TGAb与女性不孕的相关性研究

目的 探讨抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)和抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)与女性不孕的关系.方法 用电化学发光法检测543例不孕女性血清中的甲状腺抗体(ATA)水平,包括TPOAb和TGAb,并以100例健康育龄妇女为对照,比较两组的TPOAb和TGAb阳性率.结果 研究组的TPOAb总阳性率高于对照组(19.2％比9.0％),两组比较差异有统计学意义(x 2=6.009 42,P＜0.05);研究组与对照组TGAb总阳性率分别为12.5％、7.0％,两组比较差异无统计学意义(x 2=2.500 08,P＞0.05);研究组ATA总阳性(TPOAb和/或TGAb阳性)率高于对照组(24.1％比15.0％),差异有统计学意义(x 2=4.006 72,P＜0.05).结论 TPOAb、TGAb与女性不孕关系密切,两者联合检测有利于女性不孕病因的查找.

Relationship between TPOAb,TGAb and female infertility

Objective To explore the relationship between thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb),thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and female infertility.Methods Serum levels of ATA,including TPOAb and TGAb,were detected with electrochemiluminescence method in 543 infertile women (infertility group) and 100 healthy women (control group),and the positive rates of the two groups were compared.Results The positive rate of TPOAb in infertility group was higher than that in control group (19.2％ vs.9.0％;x2=6.009 42,P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rate of TGAb between infertility group and control group (12.5％ vs.7.0％;x 2=2.500 08,P＞0.05).The positive rate of ATA in infertility group was higher than that in control group (24.1％ vs.15.0％;x 2=4.006 72,P＜0.05).Conclusion TPOAb and TGAb are closely related to female infertility,and the joint detection is helpful to the cause lookup of female infertility.
