二维超声诊断人流后宫颈粘连的临床价值

目的 探讨二维超声诊断人流后宫颈粘连的临床价值.方法 选取2010年11月至2012年11月来本院做人流后临床怀疑宫颈粘连的患者312例,对其行超声检查后进行扩宫手术,并对其结果进行对照分析.结果 312例临床怀疑宫颈粘连患者超声结果显示宫腔积血247例,65例超声未见异常,所有患者均进行扩宫手术,其中226例患者术中可见暗红色粘稠血液流出并确诊宫颈粘连.宫腔粘连与人流次数及超声显示宫腔积液在对人流术后临床怀疑宫颈粘连诊断符合率具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 超声对于人流后宫颈粘连的诊断具有较高的诊断符合率,可作为人流术后宫颈粘连病因筛查的首选方法和主要依据.

Ultrasonography in diagnosis of cervical adhesion after induced abortion

Objective To explore the application value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical adhesion after induced abortion.Methods 312 suspected with cervical adhesion after induced abortion at our hospital from November,2010 to November,2012 were selected and took ultrasound examination and uterine expansion.The results were comparatively analyzed.Results Among the 312 patients,the ultrasound results showed that 247 had hematocele in uterine cavity and 65 had no abnormality.All the patients took uterine expansion and 226 patients had dark,red,and thick blood outflow and were diagnosed with cervical adhesion.Intrauterine adhesions and abortion times and hematocele in uterine cavity showed by ultrasound for suspected cervical adhesion diagnosis coincidence rate was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound in the diagnosis of cervical adhesion after abortion has a high diagnostic coincidence rate and can be used as the preferred method and the main basis for the diagnosis of cervical adhesions after abortion.
