术后发生切口感染患者的手术室因素和护理措施与临床疗效评价

目的 探究术后发生切口感染患者的手术室因素与对应的护理措施与护理疗效.方法 将本院2016年6月至2017年1月收治的进行手术治疗的214例患者作为观察组,将2015年5月至2016年5月收治的进行手术治疗的328例患者作为对照组,回顾性分析患者手术资料,分析手术室切口感染相关因素,并提出相应的护理措施.比较两组在护理干预下手术切口感染的情况.结果 单因素联合多因素Logistic回归分析法得出,急诊手术、非层流室、手术时间大于3h、接台手术的患者更容易引发切口感染(P＜0.05);对照组手术相关切口感染率为5.2％,明显高于观察组的1.4％(均P＜ 0.05).结论 术后切口感染与手术室诸多因素有关,针对性护理措施干预能有效降低术后切口感染率,促进术后切口愈合.

Operation room factors,nursing measures,and clinical effect evaluation of patients with incision infection after surgery

Objective To study the operation room factors,nursing measures,and nursing effects of patients with incision infection after surgery.Methods 214 patients surgically treated at our hospital from June,2016 to January,2017 were set as an observation group and 328 patients from May,2015 to May,2016 a control group.Retrospective analysis was conducted on the operation data to analyze the operation room factors related to incision infection and to put forward corresponding nursing measures.The patients in both groups were compared for incision infection under nursing intervention.Results According to single factor combined with multi-factor logistic regression analysis,patients receiving emergency operation,in non-laminar flow room,operation time over 3 h,or consecutive operation were easier to get incision infection (all P＜0.05).The rate of incision infection related to surgery in the control group was 5.2％,which was obviously higher than that in the observation group (1.4％) (P＜0.05).Conclusions Incision infection after surgery relates to various factors;and targeted nursing intervention measures can effectively reduce the rate of incision infection after surgery and facilitate wound healing.
