肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症应用二甲双胍联合针灸治疗的疗效

目的 探讨二甲双胍联合针灸在肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中的应用效果.方法 收集2015年1月至2016年6月入院的80例肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者,随机分为两组;西药组患者给予二甲双胍治疗,联合组患者则加施针灸治疗,比较两组患者相关身体参数、临床参数与临床事件.结果 联合组患者治疗后BMI指数为(23.12±0.50) kg/m2、腰围为(77.21±2.73) cm、腰臀比为(0.81±0.02),均低于西药组(24.03±0.47) kg/m2、(79.82±2.49) cm、(0.84±0.03)];联合组治疗后LH为(5.34±0.57)IU/L、T为(1.29±0.38)nmol/L、FINS为(11.78±3.23)IU/L、FPG水平为(4.60±0.55)mmol/L,均低于西药组(6.22±0.63)IU/L、(1.94±0.42) nmol/L、(16.28±4.15) IU/L、(5.01±0.52)mmol/L];联合组治疗后ANP水平为(5.74±1.14),高于西药组的(3.28±0.98);联合组治疗后排卵率为62.5％,高于西药组的30.0％,差异有显著统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 二甲双胍联合针灸在肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者中的应用效果显著,具有借鉴意义.

Metformin combined with acupuncture for infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of metformin combined with acupuncture for patients with infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods 80 patients with infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome treated at our hospital from January,2015 to June,2016 were collected and randomly divided into a western medicine group and a combination group.The western medicine group were treated with metformin and the combination group metformin and acupuncture and moxibustion.The body clinical and parameters and clinical events were compared between these two groups.Results After the treatment,the BMI,waist circumference,waist to hip ratio,and the levels of LH,T,FINS,FPG,and ANP were (23.12±0.50) kg/m2,(77.21±2.73) cm,(0.81±0.02),(5.34±0.57)IU/L,(1.29±0.38)nmol/L,(11.78±3.23)IU/L,(4.60±0.55)mmol/L,and (5.74±1.14)in the combination group and were (24.03±0.47) kg/m2,(79.82±2.49) cm,(0.84±0.03),(6.22±0.63) IU/L,(1.94±0.42) nmol/L,(16.28±4.15) IU/L,(5.01±0.52) mmol/L,and (3.28±0.98) in the western medicine group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The ovulation rate was 62.5％ in the combination group and was 30.0％ in the western medicine group (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Metformin combined with acupuncture for infertility of obese polycystic ovary syndrome is significantly effective and of reference.
