消炎止痒散治疗肛周湿疹的临床研究

目的 探讨消炎止痒散治疗肛周湿疹的疗效.方法 通过随机对照研究的方法,选取本院门诊肛周湿疹患者68例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组34例温盐水坐浴后局部外涂地塞米松乳膏治疗,治疗组34例消炎止痒散坐浴治疗,2周为一疗程,对比两组患者的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率91.17％,对照组总有效率70.58％,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 消炎止痒散治疗肛周湿疹疗效确切肯定.

Clinical study on anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder in the treatment of perianal eczema

Objective To explore the clinical effect of anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder in the treatment of perianal eczema.Methods Sixty-eight patients with perianal eczema were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with local external application of dexamethasone cream after hip bath with warm saline,while the treatment group was treated with hip bath with anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder,2 weeks as a course.Compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Result The total effective rate was 91.17％ in the treatment group and 70.58％ in the control group,with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion Anti-inflammatory and anti-itching powder in the treatment of perianal eczema has definite clinical effect.
