集束化干预策略降低高血压脑出血开颅术后患者肺部感染的效果

目的 探讨集束化干预策略降低高血压脑出血开颅术后患者肺部感染的效果.方法 按入院时间为界限,将122例高血压脑出血开颅术后患者按照数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例;对照组给予常规干预,观察组实施集束化护理干预,比较两组患者肺部感染发生率及肺部感染持续时间.结果 观察组肺部感染发生率为8.20％,显著低于对照组的21.31％(x2=4.1709,P＜0.05),观察组肺部感染持续时间明显短于对照组(t=5.004 0,P＜0.05),观察组总满意度为100.00％,显著高于对照组的79.71％(x2=10.417 8,P＜0.05).结论 集束化干预可降低高血压脑出血患者开颅术后肺部感染的发生率,有效地控制肺部感染时间,提高护理满意度,为临床上护理开颅术后患者提供更科学的理论依据,值得在临床推广应用.

Effect of cluster intervention on pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy

Objective To investigate the effect of cluster intervention for reducing pulmonary infection in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HCH) after craniotomy.Methods 122 patients with HCH after craniotomy were divided into a control group and an observation group using digital table method,61 cases for each group.The control group were routinely intervened and the observation group were intervened with cluster nursing care.The incidence and the duration of pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (21.31％,x2=4.170 9,P ＜0.05).The duration of pulmonary infection was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (t=5.004 0,P ＜0.05).The satisfaction degree was 100.00％ in the observation group and was 79.71％ in the control group (x2=10.417 8,P ＜0.05).Conclusions Cluster nursing intervention for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy can reduce pulmonary infection,effectively control pulmonary infection time,and improve nursing satisfaction,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
