早期根龋再矿化治疗的研究进展

由于根龋龋损位置隐蔽,根龋的防治成为口腔医生面临的一大挑战.在进行口腔卫生指导的同时,对早期根龋进行再矿化治疗是一种可行的治疗方法.再矿化实验研究通过建立体外脱矿-再矿化循环模型,运用不同检测技术评价再矿化材料的作用效果.本文通过总结目前国内外关于早期根龋再矿化治疗的实验研究,对早期根龋体外实验中再矿化治疗的评价方法、不同再矿化材料的作用机制及特点做一综述.

Progress of remineralization treatment for early root caries

The prevention and treatment of root caries is a challenge of dentists because of root caries' concealed location.Oral hygiene instruction combining remineralization treatment for early root caries is feasible.The effects of remineralization materials were evaluated through demineralization-remineralization cycle model in vitro.In this paper,the progress in research of remineralization for early root caries is reviewed from two aspects——the research methods and characteristics of different remineralization materials.
