摘    要:目的 探讨血清Apelin和一氧化氮(NO)水平在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者介入治疗前后的变化及临床意义.方法 选取2014年9月至2016年6月在本院心内科住院并行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)的ACS患者60例(ACS组),另选取同期于本院体检中心体检正常者40例作为对照组.检测对照组和ACS组PCI术前及术后第5d血清Apelin、NO水平.结果 ACS组血清Apelin、NO水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACS组PCI术后血清Apelin、NO水平高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 Apelin和NO在ACS的发病中起重要作用,Apelin有望成为冠心病治疗的一个新靶点.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the levels of serum Apelin and nitric oxide in patients with acute coronary syndrome before and after interventional therapy and their significance.Methods 60 hospitalized patients with acute coronary syndrome underwent percutaneous coronary intervention in department of cardiology of our hospital from September 2014 to June 2016 and 40 normal people were enrolled.Determined the levels of serum Apelin and nitric oxide of the controls and acute coronary syndrome patients before and on the fifth day after percutaneous coronary intervention.Results The levels of serum Apelin and nitric oxide of the acute coronary syndrome group were significantly lower than those of the controls (P<0.05).In the acute coronary syndrome group,the levels of serum Apelin and nitric oxide after percutaneous coronary intervention were significantly higher than those before percutaneous coronary intervention (P<0.01).Conclusions Apelin and nitric oxide play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute coronary syndrome.Apelin is expected to become a new therapeutic target of coronary heart disease.
