核磁共振检查在膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂诊断中应用研究

目的 探讨核磁共振(Magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)检查在膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂诊断中的应用价值.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月在本院就诊的66例疑似膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者进行MRI检查,并将关节镜检查结果作为金标准,分析MRI在膝关节前交叉韧带损伤中的诊断价值.结果 66例疑似膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者经MRI检查共检出42例(63.64％)前交叉韧带损伤,24例(36.36％)前交叉韧带未见撕裂;MRI诊断准确率为92.42％(61/66),灵敏度为90.48％(38/42),特异性为95.83％(23/24),假阴性为6.06％(4/66),假阳性为1.52％(1/66).结论 膝关节前交叉韧带撕裂采用MRI检查诊断具有较高的准确性、敏感性与特异性,能清晰显示膝关节病理改变与病变组织,且操作简单、检查无创,患者易于接受,具有较高的临床应用价值.

Magnetic resonance imaging in diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament tear of knee joint

Objective To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament tear of knee joint.Methods 66 patients suspected with anterior cruciate ligament tear of knee joint treated at our hospital from January,2015 to December,2016 were selected as research objects.All the patients were detected by MRI.And the results of arthroscopy were taken as gold standard.The diagnostic value of MRI in anterior cmciate ligament tear of knee joint was analyzed.Results Among the 66 patients suspected with anterior cruciate ligament tear of knee joint,MRI detection showed that there were 42 cases (63.64％) of anterior cruciate ligament injury and 24 cases (36.36％) of anterior cruciate ligament without tear.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 92.42％ (61/66),the sensitivity 90.48％ (38/42),the specificity 95.83％ (23/24),the false negative rate 6.06％ (4/66),and the false positive rate 1.52％ (1/66).Conclusion MRI in the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament tear of knee joint has high accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity.It can clearly show the pathological changes and tissues of knee joint.MRI is non-invasive and can be easily operated and accepted by patients.Therefore,it has high clinical application value.
