妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻的效果观察

目的 探讨妈咪爱联用思密达治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果.方法 将2016年2月至2017年2月本院收治的腹泻患儿90例随机分为对照组(n=45)与观察组(n=45),对照组采用思密达治疗,观察组采用妈咪爱与思密达联合治疗.比较两组治疗后临床效果.结果 观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(93.3％比77.8％,P＜0.05);观察组大便改善时间及止泻时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P＜0.05);两组退热时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 妈咪爱联合思密达治疗小儿腹泻临床效果优良,有推广价值.

Bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder in treatment of infantile diarrhea

Objective To investigate the efficacy of bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods Ninety cases of infantile diarrhea treated at our hospital from February,2016 to February,2017 were divided into a control group and an observation group,45 for each group.Besides conventional treatments,the control group were treated with montmorillonite powder and the observation group with bifid triple viable bacterial tablet and montmorillonite powder.After the treatment,the clinical efficacies were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (93.3％ vs.77.8％,P ＜ 0.05).Compared with the control group,the normalization time of stool routine examination and antidiarrheal time in the observation group were significantly shorter (both P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Bifid triple viable bacterial tablet in combination with montmorillonite powder is effective for infantile diarrhea,so it is worth being generalized.
