警惕输液治疗时输液管中的配伍变化

目的：探讨静脉输液治疗时输液管中不同液体的配伍变化。方法：做配伍实验和查阅文献资料进行分析。结果：多烯磷脂酰胆碱注射液与甘草酸二铵氯化钠注射液配伍实验时，无论是原液或稀释液均没有出现性状外观变化。结论：对尚未列入注射液配伍变化检索表中的新药，使用时更应注意加强观察，及时发现异常情况，妥善处理，防止反应产物进入体内产生不利影响。

Vigilance for changes of compatibility in the infusion tube while transfusion treatment

Objective: To explore the compatibitity change of different injection in infusion tabe. Methods: Using compat-ibility test and literatures to analysis. Results: While experimenting on polyene phosphatidylcholine injection and di-ammonium glycyrrhizinate injection, neither liquid nor diluent had changes in the appearance of the characters. Conclu-sion: The new drugs that have not yet been included in the injection of changes in the key, should be paid more atten-tion to observation when it is used. If abnormal occurrence is appeared, it should be handled properly in time. The be-havior will prevent the reaction products from producing adverse effect in body.
