半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗风痰上扰型眩晕临床观察

目的：观察半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗风痰上扰型眩晕的临床疗效。方法：312例眩晕患者分为两组。对照组予以盐酸培他啶、尼莫地平片和西比灵常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗基础上服用半夏白术天麻汤加减。比较临床疗效，治疗前、后椎-基底动脉平均血流速度和血液流变学以及不良反应。结果：观察组总有效率明显优于对照组（P<0.05），两侧椎动脉及基底动脉的平均血流速度和全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原较对照组改善明显（P<0.05），复发率和不良反应少。结论：半夏白术天麻汤加减治疗风痰上扰型眩晕疗效确切，不良反应少，不易复发。

Clinical observation on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. Methods： 312 cases were divided into two groups, the control group was given betahistine hydrochloride, nimodipine tablets and sibelium treatment, the observation group was treated with the Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction based on the conventional treatment. Compared the clinical efficacy, before and after treatment of vertebral-basilar artery mean flow velocity and blood rheology, and adverse reactions. Results： The total efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, both sides of the vertebral artery and basilar artery mean flow velocity and whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen was significantly improved compared with the control group （P〈0.05）, less recurrence and adverse reactions. Conclusion： The Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction is effective on treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo, less adverse reaction and less recurrence.
