摘    要:目的:研究聚乙烯醇水凝胶的吸水膨胀性能特点。方法:将冷冻干燥后的PVA水凝胶浸泡于模拟体液(SBF)中再溶胀,观察不同浓度PVA水凝胶随时间的再溶胀规律;不同规格的PVA干凝胶浸泡于SBF中,比较尺寸及形状对吸水速率的影响。结果:PVA凝胶在37℃模拟体液中初始溶胀较快,10d内体积溶胀率可达5倍;表面积越大的PVA水凝胶达到平衡的速率越快。结论:本实验的PVA水凝胶在SBF中的最大体积溶胀率均大于5,可以考虑将其应用于口腔软组织增量。

Abstract:Objective: to study the polyvinyl alcohol (PVA)hydrogels swell performance characteristics. Method: PVA hydrogel of freeze drying after soaking in simulated body fluid (SBF)swelling again, to observe the different concentra- tion of PVA hydrogel swelling again with the time; Different specifications of PVA dried gel soaked in SBF, to compare the effects of size and shape on the water absorption rate. Result: PVA in tile simulated body fluid gel swelling fast 37 ~C, vol- ume swelling rate canbe up to 5 times after 10 d:The greater the surface area of the PVA hydrogel to balance the faster rate. Conclusion: the experiment of the PVA hydrogel in SBF maximum volume swelling rate were greater than 5, can con- sider to aoolied to the oral soft tissue.
