摘    要:目的探讨孕期干预支持对孕妇产时认知行为及分娩结局的影响。方法选择孕周在32周以上的孕妇110例,随机分为干预组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用常规产检及护理。干预组在对照组基础上参加医院组织的“轻松分娩”特色培训课程。结果授课前两组孕妇的分娩知识、分娩态度比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05),产后干预组孕妇的分娩知识、分娩态度及产时应对行为均高于对照组,有显著性差异(P〈0.05);两组分娩结局的比较,干预组自然产率明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P〈O.05);两组对孕期护理干预的满意度比较,有显著性差异(P〈O.05)。结论在孕期对孕妇进行护理干预,可以有效提高孕妇的分娩知识,改变其对分娩的态度,改善产时应对行为,提高自然分娩率,同时也提高了孕妇对护理工作的满意度。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the cognitive--behavioral and childbirth outcomes for pregnant women in late pregnancy intrapartumand delivery, Methods: 110 pregnant women, 32 weeks or more of gestation, were randomly assigned to the intervention group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases). The pregnant women in the control group accepted regular check care and based on it, participated in the hospital organization's "Easy childbirth "Featured training courses in the intervention group. Results Before teaching, there were no significant difference in childbirth knowledge and attitude in two groups. The knowledge, attitudes and intrapartum maternity coping behavior of postpartum maternal childbirth in the intervention group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P~0. 05). The natural birth rate of pregnant women in the intervention group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Compared with the control group, the pregnant women in the intervention group were more satisfied than that in the control group on nursing interventions and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Nursing intervention on pregnant women in the third trimester can effective- ly improve the delivery of maternal knowledge, change their attitude of childbirth, improve productivity coping behavior, in- crease natural birth rate, and greatly improve maternal care and job satisfaction degree. So it is worthy of promotion.
