早期不同频度的康复训练对创伤性颅脑损伤患者认知及运动功能的影响

摘    要:目的探讨早期不同频度的康复训练对创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)患者认知及运动功能的疗效影响。方法将78例TBI根据康复治疗的频度随机分为康复1组(康复训练1次/d)38例和康复2组(康复训练2次/d)40例。两组均采用内科常规治疗,康复训练、针灸等综合康复治疗,共治疗2个月。于治疗前、康复1个月、2个月后分别采用运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer,FMA)、功能独立性测评量表(functional independence measure,FIM)、简明精神量表(Mini-mental state examination,MMSE)进行认知及运动功能评估。结果两组康复治疗后1个月、2个月的MMSE、FIM、FMA的各项评分均有显著提高(P<0.01),且改善程度康复2组优于康复1组(P<0.05)。结论早期系统正规的康复治疗有利于TBI患者认知功能和运动功能的康复,且早期介入适量频度的康复治疗更能促进功能的全面恢复。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of the different frequency rehabilitation treatment on the cognitive and motor function at early period after traumatic brain injury.Methods 78 inpatients with traumatic brain injury were randomly divided into two groups according to the different frequency.The rehabilitation group 1(1 / d) has 38 cases and the rehabilitation group 2(2 / d) has 40 cases.Both groups were treated with internal routine treatment,rehabilitation training and acupuncture for 2 months.The Fugl-Meyer(FMA),Functional independence measure(FIM),Mini-mental state examination(MMSE) were used to evaluate the TBI patients before and after one or two month treatment.Results The FMA,FIM and MMSE of both groups were improved after treatment(P &lt; 0.01),and improved degree of rehabilitation group 2 was better than that of rehabilitation group 1(P &lt; 0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation treatment has benefit for cognitive and motor function with TBI patients.The necessary frequency rehabilitation treatment in early periods can improve the function of patients more effectively.
