应用心理护理对冠状动脉内支架术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响研究

目的探讨心理护理干预措施改善冠状动脉内支架术患者焦虑和抑郁情绪的效果。方法将2011年10月～2013年5月在我院接受冠状动脉内支架术治疗的60例患者，随机分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组接受常规护理。研究组接受常规护理并强化心理护理。于手术前、手术后第7d、手术后第14d、手术后第21d，分别采用Zung焦虑自评量表（SAS）、Zung抑郁自评量表（SDS）对焦虑、抑郁情绪进行评分。结果手术前、手术后第7d两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较无显著性差异（P〉O．05）。手术后第14d、手术后第21d两组SAS评分、SDS评分比较有显著性差异（P〈O．05）。结论心理护理干预可以显著改善冠状动脉内支架术患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪，从而使患者手术后保持一个良好的心态。

Influence Psychological Care Application on Patients'Anxiety and Depression with Coronary Artery Stenting

Objective To investigate the curative application of psychological care on anxiety and depression for patients with coronary artery stenting. Methods 60 patients underwent coronary artery stenting treatment were randomly divided in- to control group （30 cases） and research group （30cases） from October 2011 to May 2013 in our hospital. The patients in the control group received conventional nursing care while received conventional nursing combined with enhanced psychological nursing in the research group. Before surgery and 7 d, 14 d,21 d after operation, to adopt Zung self rating anxiety scale （SAS）, the Zung depression self rating seale（SDS）for all the patients, and evaluated scores of their anxiety and depression. Results Before surgery and 7d after operation, the differences of SAS scores and SDS score between patients in two groups had no statistical significance （P〉0. 05）. 14d and 21d after operation, SAS scores and SDS scores of patients in control group were significantly higher than group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion To take enhanced psychological nursing intervention can significantly improve patient＇s anxiety and depression after coronary artery stenting, and make patients keep a good state of mind after the operation.
