达因-35加螺内酯片治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效分析

目的探讨达因-35联合螺内酯治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法将57例绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血患者随机分为对照组30例和观察组27例。对照组应用结合雌激素和醋酸甲羟孕酮,观察组应用达因-35加螺内酯。观察两组的临床疗效。结果观察组控制出血时间及出血完全停止时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组显效22例、有效3例、无效2例,对照组显效12例、有效8例、无效10例,两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(Uc=3.71,P<0.05)。结论达因-35治疗绝经过渡期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著,止血迅速,使用方便,止血有效率高于对照组;加螺内酯片可降低达因-35的不良反应,患者易于接受。

Effects of Dian-35 plus Spironolactone on Menstruation Transition Period Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective To probe into the clinical effects of Diane-35 plus spironolactone on menstruation transition period dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods 57 patients with menstruation transition period dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomized into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=27).Control patients were treated with conjugated estrogens tablets and treatment group with Diane-35 plus spironolactone.Results After the treatment,the effects on controlling bleeding and time of complete bleeding stopping in observation group were superior to those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diane-35 has significant therapeutic effects on dysfunctional uterine bleeding.It stops bleeding rapidly.The bleeding stopping rate(92.59%)was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Spironolactone can reduce the side effect and be well tolerated by patients.
