原卟啉二钠对氯丙嗪致肝功能异常的预防作用

目的：原卟啉二钠片预防抗精神病药致肝功能异常的疗效。方法：将精神分裂症患者随机分为预防组（第1组、第2组和第3组）和空白组（第4组），预防组分别在不同时间给予原卟啉二钠片，而空白对照组未服用任何保肝药，观察临床症状及ALT、AST的变化。结果：预防组的肝功能指标与空白对照组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．001）。结论：原卟啉二钠片具有明显的预防抗精神病药致肝功能异常的疗效。

Clinical Study of Protoporphyrin Disodium Tablets on Prevention Chlopromazine Induced Abnormality of Liver Function

Objective： To explore the preventic efficacy of protoporphyrin disodium tablets on hepatic damage induced by antipsychotic drugs. Method： Schizophrenia patients were randomly divided into preventive group and control group. There were three groups in preventive group. Who were received protoporphyrin disodium tablets in different periods , but control group was not recived protoporphrin tablet. The clinic symptoms and hepatic enzyme ALT and AST were observed. Result： The liver functions of three preventive groups compared with blank control group had statistical difference. Conclusion： Protoporphyrin disodium has efficacy on preventing hepatic damage induced by chlopromazine.
