| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨全髋关节置换术后功能锻炼的效果。方法:116例全髋关节置换术后患者分为对照组和指导组。对照组给予常规的治疗和护理,指导组同时还给予系统的功能锻炼教育。结果:术后3个月根据Harris评分方法对两组患者进行髋关节功能评分,两组差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:全髋关节置换术后早期给予系统的功能锻炼指导,有利于髋关节早日恢复良好状态,提高患者生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of the functional exercisers after the operation of tot al hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods:one hundred and sixteen patients were assigned into control and education groups,both of which were gave general treatment and nursing. The functional exercisers plan was finished on the education group step by step.Results:There was significantly different between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions: It has a positive effect to apply function exercise plan early for the patients after THA and can promote living standard. |
