对-取代苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸(甲酯)的合成及其分化诱导HL-60细胞活性试验

摘    要:作者合成了16个对-苯甲酰氨基苯甲酸(甲酯),并进行了分化诱导人髓系白血病细胞(HL-60细胞)的活性试验,其中有4个化合物活性较强,在浓度为10 ̄(-6)mol/L时可使25%~50%以上的早幼粒细胞分化为较成熟细胞;有两个化合物在浓度为5×10 ̄(-6)mol/L时可使细胞分化率提高到70%,但较维A酸分化率(97%)为低。
