| 摘 要： | 目的探讨单纯性肛瘘患者术后的辨证施护,从而使其早日愈合。方法将127例患者分为治疗组（65例）和对照组（62例）,分别给予辨证施护和常规护理。结果治疗组痊愈率（81.54%）和治愈时间（22.62±5.27）d]与对照组51.61%、（31.28±6.73）d]比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论辨证施护能促进肛瘘患者康复,效果优于常规护理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the dialectical nursing in the patients with simple anal fistula during postoperative to heal early.Methods 127 cases were divided into the treatment group(65 examples) and the control group(62 examples).They were given the dialectical nursing and the conventional care respectively.Results There were significant differences between the healed rate(81.54%) and cure time (22.62±5.27) d] of the treatment group and the control group 51.61% and(31.28±6.73) d](P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The dialectical nursing can promote rehabilitation of anal fistula patients,and the effect is better than conventional care method. |
