摘    要:医院新入职员工的岗前培训宗旨在于使新进人员了解医院概况、医院文化及医院规章制度,便于新进人员能更快胜任工作。在医疗技术飞速发展的今天,培养品德高、医术高、科研强的医学人才是当务之急,新员工作为医院的新生力量和后备军,应重视对其进行岗前培训。新员工的岗前培训是医院文化的重要组成部分,更是提高医院医疗服务水平的一个重要环节。

Abstract:The purposes of pre-job training of hospital new staffs are making whom know general situation,culture and rules and regulations of hospital,in order to facilitate the new staffs to fit the job fast.With the rapid development of medical technology today,training the intelligent,creative and practical medical talent is imperative.New staffs are the new blood and reserves of hospital,pre-job training should be valued.Pre-job training of new staffs is the important component of hospital culture,which is also the indispensable link to improve the medical service level of hospital.
