| 摘 要： | 1例70岁老年女性患者服用伊马替尼400 mg/d治疗慢性粒细胞白血病,2周后出现活动后胸闷气促,颜面部及四肢水肿,胸部CT及心脏彩超提示双侧胸腔积液伴心包积液,给予胸腔穿刺术及利尿治疗后症状好转。

| Abstract: | A 70-year-old woman developed short of breath on exertion,edema in face and extremities after two weeks administration of Imatinib 400 mg/d for chronic myeloid leukemia.CT scan and echocardiogram showed pleural effusion in both sides of pleural space and pericardial effusion.The patient felt better after taking thoracentesis and diuretics. |
